Our speaker is Tony Reyes, Executive Director and Founder of Mission 911.  Learn more about his program at www.ccmission911.org.  The mission helps rehabilitate people by giving them a fresh start in life.  What an inspiration he is to all of us!

Patty Jones and Amanda Rodriguez are guests.

New member, Robin Bennett, has brought guest, Cindy Wintermute.

Also visiting are Denise Parker and Bonnie Conner.

President Bridget Post gives the mike to Ava Obermueller, who tells about the practice for the Rosettes and invites anyone to join.

As always the Town Club has great food and 44 people attend.

The VIP Luncheon is held at the Corpus Christi Country Club.  Mollie Zick, a former NNL member, discussed how slaves followed quilts, displayed by families along the Underground Railroad route showing them how to escape from the South to freedom.

Debbie High is a new NNL member, who has really "jumped in" to attend NNL functions.  We appreciate you, Debbie.

Thanks to Gloria Waller for taking all of these great pictures at the luncheon.

On the right is Treasurer Margie Schroeder and President Joyce Seitz.  Know they are delighted with so many members and guests attending.

Lois McCray and Candy Duncan are other VIP officers.  Sami Cameron visits whenever she can.

Wow!!!  CC Country Club's chefs did a super job!

Congratulations, Mary.  You can treat all of us to the movie next month when the First Movie Club goes!

Eaters Unlimited Club

Eaters Unlimited met for lunch at the Olive Garden.  Chair, Mary Cox, is in the black and white sweater.

President Bridget Post calls the meeting to order at the January Luncheon.

Beth Turcotte and new member, Robin Bennett

Julie Brower, Candy Duncan Lena Maude Mueller and Gloria Waller sport cute outfits.

The January Coffee is held at Melanie Polasek's.  Many thanks to not only taking the pictures, but label them.

This is taken at the Board Meeting, which proceeds the coffee.  (Pat McAnear is in the white blouse and Tanja Noever is on the left of Laura Falconer.)

The cold weather allows people to wear sweaters and to make the "displaced northerners" feel at home AND thankful that it's only in the 30's and not the MINUS 30's.

Antique Club

Gloria Waller sent the following pictures, which were taken at Del Mar Antiques on Staples (a new store) and then ate lunch at The Place to Be.

Vino Brio

Stephanie Wenzler sent the following pictures , which were taken at the January Vino Brio Club.

Pat McAnear readies snacks, as a wine bottle is ready for opening.

Fix your plates and your drinks!

Joyce Seitz poses for the camera while others eat, drink and visit.

Couples Dining Out Club

The Couples Dining Out Club ring in the New Year (a few days late due to the Schroeder's being out of town).  As usual, Roger and Margie Schroeder host the affair.  They furnish Pork Tenderloin and the members bring the "sides".  The food is delicious and the pretty Christmas dishes almost didn't need washing!  (Note Roger's plate.)

Joining the Schroeders at this table are George and Joyce Seitz and John Gray.  (Nancy is taking pictures, as usual)

In the Dining Room are Betty and John Hagemeister, Connie Smith and Lupe Reyes and Bill and Jane Cheesman.  Margie keeps their decorations and displays them in different ways each year.  The two red table runners are the only new purchases.  Their Christmas tree has 900 ornaments.

Evelyn and Bill Rathke are in town for three months because they are now Winter Texas, who reside in Kansas.  Ralph and Faye Cobb join them.
